Bringing over 30 years of industry experience to the VIA team, Frank works closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of various multi-sector projects.
Passionate about the art of technical drawing and architectural design, Frank uses his wealth of knowledge in design development and documentation and contract administration to mentor and teach those around him to devise new and innovative approaches to improve their craft.
