The design approach was driven by our commitment to a lifestyle-led ethos, reflected in every detail of the project. With connectivity in mind, our masterplan was thoughtfully crafted to create a tranquil environment, featuring gardens and landscaped common areas to encourage residents to spend time outdoors amongst unrivalled scenery.

The uniquely designed home typologies were influenced by the natural surroundings, each named after the neighbouring coastal towns. The residences feature strong lines, double height voids and stepped details creating a sense of movement and flow.
