Our design philosophy was grounded in a deep understanding of the natural environment, with every detail carefully planned to maximise the potential of the site. The vision was conceived to capture the essence of the existing landscapes, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces that offers a sense of tranquillity and relaxation.

At the heart of our design was the desire to foster a strong sense of community among residents, achieved by incorporating premium common areas, recreational facilities, and social settings. These spaces were meticulously planned to complement a variety of hobbies and interests, activating a robust schedule of activities and events that encourage new friendships to develop and thrive.

Centred around a clubhouse, the resident facilities are set to include a licensed bar and movie theatre, along with sporting facilities such as an undercover bowling green, tenpin bowling alley, and tennis and pickleball courts, encouraging friends and family to relish in time spent with loved ones. With an emphasis on health and wellbeing, a Milon gymnasium, spa and sauna complete the offering.
