Working with the Alfred Hospital to deliver ultra-modern medical facilities in a fully operational hospital, the VIA team extended on our experience in the planning and delivery of specialist health projects.

Our work encompassed the specialist MRI area and considered entry, transition, treatment and support. Working within the existing hospital facilities, which needed to remain fully operational, extensive logistical challenges were overcome with a precision approach to the programme and the whole of team communications.
