Arcare Alphington is an aged care facility designed to elevate the living experience for its senior residents. Located at the former Alphington Paper Mill site, this development pushes the boundaries of vertical residential aged care while adding a distinctive presence to the Paper Mill precinct.

The design responds to the character of the historic site by incorporating a new brick facade, blending a traditional aesthetic with contemporary elements. A grand entry experience sets the tone for the facility, welcoming residents and guests to interact with thoughtfully planned internal and external spaces.

The facility features 164 rooms across six levels and includes basement parking, an external facing café and various communal areas such as a bar, lounge and dining spaces. The selection of materials and the incorporation of modern amenities ensure that residents enjoy a comfortable and connected way of life.
