Exciting developments are happening across Australia as three lifestyle-centric seniors living projects by Palm Lake Resort rapidly take shape. Our studio proudly crafted the project masterplans and architecture for the three communities, including Palm Lake Resort Pelican Waters, Paynesville and Yamba.

SETTING A NEW STANDARD FOR SENIORS LIVING AT PALM LAKE PELICAN WATERS

 We are pleased to report that construction at Palm Lake Pelican Waters is progressing as anticipated. Stage 1B is bringing our vision for this wellness-focused luxury community to life. Alongside these exciting developments, we are delighted to announce the reopening of the award-winning Pelican Waters golf course. This provides residents and their guests with the perfect opportunity to enjoy leisure and recreational activities amidst the stunning and tranquil surrounds of Pelican Waters.

 In Paynesville, progress is well underway with the Clubhouse and bowling green taking shape. The premium common areas were designed and constructed to encourage social interactions among residents, providing a connected lifestyle. These spaces are thoughtfully designed to cater to a wide range of interests, from pickleball and tennis to bowling and various other activities.

ELEVATED COASTAL DESIGN IN PROGRESS AT PALM LAKE YAMBA

The construction at Palm Lake Yamba is progressing nicely, with the Villas and Clubhouse taking shape. The heart of this community, the Clubhouse, is rapidly taking form. Slab 3 has been poured, while Slab 4 stands ready, boxed and prepped for the next phase of construction.

What makes the Clubhouse so special is its commitment to enhancing residents’ wellbeing. This central hub will offer a range of health and wellness amenities that cater to residents with different interests. From a state-of-the-art gym to a relaxing wellness centre, a rejuvenating pool and even a bowling green, this space is designed to encourage residents to connect, socialise and lead active and fulfilling lives.
